Christmas is here and in more ways than one!: We have confirmation that our order of the SUBSPECIES BOX SET from Australia will be here right after the first of the year and we’re all EXTREMELY EXCITED! And FYI the DVDs will be “all regions” so they can play wherever you are! We’re setting the date of January 6th at high noon for when the box sets will go up on www.FullMoonDirect.com. And we’ll have a “count-down” counter up soon to build up the madness until that moment! This is a very limited run and we’re only getting x500 units – apparently when we sell out we can re-order but their next run will not be until June. The price will be $59.95. On some other fronts: We actually have just a few boxes now left of the PUPPETMASTER BOX SET and it will permanently come off our site on December 31st…We also have about x75 the road show Blades left which will hopefully last until early January. As I mentioned a few days ago we will also have a 30 minute “featurette” about the road show which we’ll put on every DVD release next year beginning with ALIENS GONE WILD! (available late January). What a year! And next year will make this one look mellow! In 2006: we’ll release x6 new horror features, The William Shatner’s Full Moon Frightnight series (as aired on the SCI FI Channel), a new edgy kids label called “Spellcaster” – at least a dozen action figures and 1:1 replicas, The MonsterBra line and several crazy novelty lines of very non-PC items – the first collection called, The BadAssDolls!!!” Merry Christmas to all of you and thanks for helping me come back with a vengeance! It’ll be published on every DVD release next year beginning with our February compilation feature, ALIENS GONE WILD! We also put together a 5 minute “trailer” of the road show and it’s up right now on www.FullMoonDirect.com!!! The 2006 road show is looking more and more exciting every day! Not only will we have an amazing REAL LIVE decapitation in every city but I’m also designing all sorts of crazy stuff including a first of it’s kind; “The Boner Meter!” – you’ll have to attend the show to see what that’s all about!!! I’m also excited about MonsterBra.com and getting the “series one” bra’s here by May. We’ll have a way to pre-order soon as the first shipment will be pretty small. We do have some sets left and for a very limited time we have put those up for sale at www.FullMoonDirect.com. Also – later today we’ll put up the 2005 Full Moon Road Show Bronze Blades – and at the original road show price of $25.00 (it’s crazy that people are telling me they’re selling on eBay for $75.00-$100.00!) We made x1000 Bronze Blades and they’re each numbered and signed and we only want to sell them to fans and only on our site. Finally one bit of REAL JUICY news…we are arranging to import a small number of the SUBSPECIES BOX SET being released next month in Australia. It will have the whole collection on DVD (Subspecies #1-4) and Vampire Journals! We’ve had so many letters and E-Mails inquiring about the Subspecies series – and this will be the only way to see these movies on DVD until they’re released here in the U.S. (if ever!) We’ll be putting the remaining ones up for sale later this week – and I’ll post a notice of the exact time on this blog. Bad news is that we’ve had some technical problems with PayPal and we’ve had to re-engineer our site. PayPal should be back up by this Thursday at the latest. So I’ve delayed the sale of the Road Show Bronze Blades. In additon there are some people who’ve ordered stuff on our site over the last few days who will be getting their money sent BACK by PayPal until things are working again. We’ll find out tomorrow who those people are from PayPal and E-Mail them instructions on how to re-order their items! What a hassle… The important thing is that everybody who has purchased anything over the last x10 days will get their orders in time for X-Mas!!! DEATH: stunt puppet from RETRO-PUPPETMASTER (some movie blood on it but that’s cool!) 3) BRONTOSAURUS an original David Allen wire dinosaur from PREHYSTERIA! (Unfortunately in pretty rough condition – needs some restoration) During the chat we’ll auction these off one at a time and with no minimum. As I’ve said during the road show – if it was just a money thing we would do much better selling all the puppets and dolls on eBay but I am really happier if these guys find good homes - just put them somewhere nice! We actually had more than we thought and still should have a few left but I wanted to ship out all the orders first and then see how many we have left. I’m told that everything will be shipped out by next Wednesday – this includes orders for many other items as well. I’m looking forward to our first monthly live chat this Friday, December 9th at 3:30pm PST! (3:30pm in LA/4:30pm in Phoenix/5:30pm in Chicago/6:30pm in NY/11:30pm in England) Tomorrow we’re getting some of the original puppets and dolls out of storage – for sure we’ll have a Blade plus 2 or 3 others! I’ll try to get some photos of these guys up on my blog by Friday morning. 2005 Road Show Bronze Blades: we’ve been getting a lot of E-Mails from people who have asked to buy out our remaining supply. We only made 1,000 Bronze Blades and as some of you know they’re each numbered and signed. One last bit of GREAT news – Bill Moseley has agreed to be in DEAD MAN’S HAND!!! To answer some of your questions we received a lot of orders in the last few days – not only for the box sets but for DVDs, action figures, posters and toys! It usually takes about a week to ship out and then depending on mail another week to receive. So I think most of you will be getting your orders by the end of next week. We still have some left (not many) – and as soon as they are all completely gone we’ll post a “sold out” on the site. We’ve already sold most of our PUPPETMASTER Box Sets!!! I’m glad these are all going to the right places! 2006 Road Show: I’ve added one more city; Buffalo! So it’s now a 21 city tour! (21 is a great number as in blackjack and my age!) I’m listing the cities and dates below. Also – I’m going to start a monthly live chat here at CharlesBand.com and the first one will be held next Friday December 9th at 3:30 PST! This way I can be more directly responsive to your questions and talk about all the films, action figures and crazy novelty items we’ll be producing next year. We’ve received many E-Mails from fans that were not able to attend the last road show and have a chance to bid on the original puppets and dolls from my films – so during each live chat we’ll also have an auction for 3-4 of the puppets or props!!! Next week we’ll be selling one of the few remaining Blades plus a 2 or 3 other surprises! I had lunch with Bill Moseley yesterday and I hope he will be part of DEAD MAN’S HAND!
